Bank Support Clerk needs three (3) years of experience in a financial institution with an emphasis in trust, court and power of attorney documents
Bank Support Clerk requires:
• Must have Microsoft Office Suite; Word and Outlook
• Data entry
• Must have strong system skills, processing and analytical skills
Bank Support Clerk duties:
• Reviews and processes incoming documents received by mail, email and fax that is then notated into the system, scanned and uploaded
• Responsible for opening and assigning case(s) to a remote specialist
• Reviews customer accounts and performs necessary maintenance when required (account notation, disable online banking, code accounts)
• Prepares documents to be returned to customers and for internal record keeping for completed cases
• Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, including applicable state and federal banking rules and regulations
