    Job Description

    As a Business Development Intern and emerging professional Account Executive, you will become a valuable contributor to one of Visa's biggest partnership teams.     Some job duties and projects could include:

    • Assist with planning and launching Marketing Activations (FIFA 2026, Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics, Dining Assets, Social Media Optimization)
    • Support building out library of contracts, statements of work and waivers
    • Collaborate with internal teams (VCA, VCS, Product, Marketing, etc.) to present opportunities to clients
    • Coordinate Executive Meetings
    • Develop Operational Efficiency plans
    • Build and present client-facing opportunities to broader teams

    Basic Qualifications

    • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in December 2025 or later.
    • Strong communications skills, specifically, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment. Excellent team player with strong ability to collaborate.

    Additional Information

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $24.00 to $28.00 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

    Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
