Job Description
The North America Product organization is hiring an Executive Administrator responsible for administrative support. NA Product is an exciting team and a critical growth area for Visa. This position will support various members in the NA Product Leadership Team, reporting to the NA Product Chief of Staff. We are looking for professional and reliable applicants who have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Ability to work in a fluid environment where assignments are time sensitive
and can change frequently. Keen awareness to help anticipate issues before
they arise and ability to take initiative in a helpful manner.
- Skilled at effectively and successfully responding to problem situations and
prioritizing issues
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter, resourceful and
knows how to “find a way”
- Exceptional project management capabilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively
communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
internally and externally
- Capability to understand the broader organization, build relationships and
know how to get things done quickly and efficiently
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 74,400.00 to 105,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
