Principal Associate People Analytics- I/O Psychologist Capital One is seeking a talentedPrincipal Associate People Analytics- I/O Psychologistwho has a passion with using data to drive insights, tell compelling stories, and deliver transformative results that directly impact over 50K associates and 60M customers. The ideal candidate would have a deep interest in people topics and a desire to ensure Capital One is a place where every associate feels like they belong. This individual will partner closely with People Analytics and Enterprise Learning to empower our associates to own their development paths and grow their careers. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Assess how top learners learn and identify ways to instill the competency across Capital One -Leverage the Kirkpatrick model to determine the effectiveness of enterprise learning offerings -Partner with the Enterprise Learning senior leadership to implement strategic changes to our learning and development programs -Build predictive and prescriptive insights for stakeholders and leadership -Develop standard success measurements across the Growing My Career associate experience Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Human Resources -At least 1 year of data analysis skills Preferred Qualifications: -PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology -2+ years professional experience -Experience with Python and Amazon Web Services -Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data -Adept at using Microsoft PowerPoint to present business strategy and results to project stakeholders and senior leadership -Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
