JOB TITLE: - INFORMATION CLERK

JOB LOCATION: - LONG ISLAND CITY NY, 11101, USA

DIRECT HIRING / ONE TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW SCHEDULE ON: WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective Communicator: Written and Verbal
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion

JOB DUTIES:

• Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Determine the nature of the concern and input into the case management system (Siebel) for investigation and follow up by the appropriate department.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

Minimum: HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. All foreign education at any level must be certified by the US, Department of Education. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting.
