TITLE: INFORMATION CLERKS LOCATION: LONG ISLAND CITY , NY 11101   DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Compliance Department is required to maintain an open communication channel for compliance, environmental health & safety and quality assurance complaints made by residents, employees, contractors and the general public.   REQUIREMENTS

• Effective Communicator: Written and Verbal
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion

JOB DUTIES:

• Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Determine the nature of the concern and input into the case management system (Siebel) for investigation and follow up by the appropriate department
