    Job Description

    LOOKING FOR LEADERS – SALES MANAGEMENT

The person selected for this position will be responsible for building a sales team while creating relationships and providing protection to small businesses, families, and individuals within their community.

    OUR SALES MANAGEMENT ROLE INVOLVES:

    · Growing Combined Insurance’s market share and leveraging our company’s brand in your local community via both B2B and direct to consumer

    · Building a sales team of agents by personal field recruiting and leveraging corporate recruiting partners

    · Field training and conducting appointments with new agents

    · Leading team meetings on skill building and technique

    · Striving to exceed team sales and development metrics

    RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:

    · Track record of building sales teams via recruiting and training

    · Ability and willingness to coach, develop, and mentor others

    · Strong work ethic, integrity, and passion for leadership

    · Proven ability to drive consistent activity and results both personally and as a team

    · Positive mindset and desire to network within community
