The Commercialization Manager is responsible for design and execution of program growth across assigned clients through supplier enablement strategies supporting our virtual cards programs. The candidate will be partnering with internal and external clients directly on a global scale to meet revenue targets, assist clients in achieving program goals and leading projects that will drive the business forward. The candidate will need to possess strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently as well as a team environment, operate with a service first mentality, ownership and accountability for individual and shared team goals and strong excel / power point knowledge.
Here’s what you can expect:
As our Commercialization Manager, you will own a breadth of supplier enablement related matters, including analyzing clients’ supplier files (HSBC B2B Analytics), assisting in RFPs and finalist presentations, developing supplier enablement campaigns with both our clients and outreach organizations, reviewing ongoing campaigns directly with clients, reviewing and reporting on the expected vs. realized spend, and meeting with previous clients to offer additional means for optimization.
This role will also be expected to participate in and provide subject matter expertise in strategic discussions with the Commercial Card leadership team and key external partners. This role will also fully support and partner with our newly developed Innovation Banking team to drive sales strategies and market penetration of the commercial card products across our Innovation Banking portfolio. Through analysis, this role will develop and implement growth strategies across our middle market existing commercial card clients.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $100,000 and $135,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
