Job Description
Reporting to the Head of New Revenue, Services Commercialization Team (SCT), the Consultant will play an important role in enacting the strategy and GTM of initiatives across Client Services – with a goal of driving global Client Services to be a billion dollar organization. This person will create new areas of Client Services value that can be provided to Clients and monetized. The ideal candidate will have experience at the intersection of Sales, Product Management and Project Management. The role will work closely with Client Services teams and leadership, as well as partners in Sales, Product and Finance across the globe. This role requires continual conceptualization and operationalization of innovative ideas for CS service offerings that add value to our clients. The successful candidate will apply a diverse skillset and deliver on the following responsibilities:
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses/modeling to develop practical and actionable solutions for addressing existing and emerging customer needs
Identify issues, gaps, trends and growth opportunities for Visa aimed at delivering surplus value to clients and sustained profitability to Visa
Maintain a pipeline of short and long-term revenue opportunities and services
Support feasibility, usability, viability and scalability analysis of the ideas through prototypes, pilots and product trials
Partner cross-functionally and across regions to build, launch and scale services – e.g. in Managed Services, VCA collaboration and THRIVE (or other areas as required)
Create go-to-market strategies to commercialize the ideas inclusive of defining value proposition, socialization & communication strategy, offering positioning, marketing plan, distribution plan, customer journey, personas, use cases, competitive analyses, etc.
Build regional playbooks to support execution of strategies co-created with regional and functional counterparts. This includes creating business proposals with financial models and working alongside CS functional area owners and pricing teams to create the roadmap for change.
Collaborate with product, sales and other matrixed functions to facilitate the sharing of important and relevant business and client information that results in aligned decision making and superior execution to achieve business objective
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3+ years of experience and advanced proficiency with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Proficient with the following MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Visio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Curiosity to understand the business
Proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels
Ability to set priorities and manage expectations while working as part of a team or independently
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required
Proficient with MS Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience in payments industry
Knowledge of project management standards
Strong storytelling ability to convey relevant information and recommendations in written and verbal form to obtain buy in from stakeholders
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500 to 163,050 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
