Job Description

Consultants are responsible for supporting analyses under the guidance of other professionals from initial kick-off through preparation of deliverables including presentations and reports. Specific project responsibilities include the support of and/or direct execution of the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Consultant level responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
• Reviewing estimates & cost reports
• Preparing project status presentations & update reports
• Review, organize, and analyze documents
• Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis
• Damages quantification
• Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules
• Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

Applicants must have degree in one of the following concentrations, with 2-5 years of industry experience: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science

Preferred Skills:

• Strong quantitative, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) is a plus but not required.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
