Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the integrity of Ent's consumer loan portfolio through quality control and by providing superior service when fulfilling requests; enhancing member satisfaction resulting in loan retention and future loan growth. This is accomplished through the utilization of comprehensive lending knowledge and by focusing efforts on attention to detail and time management. This position plays an active role in file maintenance issues within the host system and by reporting loan document exceptions to the appropriate management team for resolution; ensuring compliance with Ent's internal policies and procedures as well as Federal and State regulations.

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $23.36 to $25.82 per Hour (S12)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
