This is an exciting opportunity to work on OppenheimerFunds' Corporate Communications team!

Creating and presenting dynamic content to our employees is important to our team. This position helps gather analytics to inform our communication decisions and also partners with departments throughout the firm including Creative Services and Technology teams, to drive creative intranet and video center content solutions.

Specific responsibilities include:

MyOFi & Video Center

• Lead production coordination of corporate intranet and Video Center, including publishing, updates, and graphics
• Post, edit and archive MyOFi content, videos, etc.
• Help maintain calendar of articles, emails, videos, digital signage and office posters
• Work with design team to request graphics
• Assist in managing MyOFi redesign projects

Generalist Communications

• Gain broader exposure to business areas by assisting teammates with articles, announcement and other communications in their areas
• Write & edit articles that promote industry and business knowledge and employee engagement
• Coordinate graphics, banners and digital signage content
• Develop ideas on how to further promote and share existing content

Analytics & Dashboards

• Lead analytics gathering for Corporate Communications function and coordinate quarterly dashboard creation.
• Manage analytics tools and tracking system
• Suggest analytics and tracking improvements

• 3+ years’ experience in similar role
• Strong project management skills
• SharePoint, Graphic design, InDesign and/or Photoshop, and HTML code not required, but is preferred and will set you apart from the crowd
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent work experience
