    Global Credit Risk Management (CRM) - Business Analyst # 116963 The Risk Division is a highly visible, dynamic area of the firm where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the banks business. Our responsibilities range from Enterprise Risk management to risk and finance reporting, and regional risk teams covering the risk management for our entities. Job Description including but not limited to leading and executing: Budget development, budget execution, forecasting financials, monthly accrual submission. Maintaining monthly headcount reporting; including the review of human capital resources, organizational charts and organizational entity structure. Monitoring the e-procurement purchases and market data contracts, approving bill payments, maintain the global authorization database, approving invoices. Consulting with CRM Senior Management on financial and other administrative matters. · Helping to identify and implement group improvements that lead to efficiency enhancements and increased customer value. Credit Suisse maintains a Working Flexibility Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in the Credit Suisse United States Employment Handbook. Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/ Economics. MBA or CPA will be a significant advantage. Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance/auditing/accounting for Risk or Finance Functions. Ability to effectively collaborate across a broad spectrum of organizational levels, across departments, regions and functions. Advanced communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and proven track record of deliver. Resilient - ability to adapt constructively to continuous change Ability to accept accountability, assume leadership and demonstrate initiative.
