Customer Service Professional ($10-14/hr)
This is a Inbound call center - NO SALES! Whatever you can picture yourself calling into your own bank or financial institution for, is the type of calls we take in our center.
Our qualified Customer Service Professionals will be responsible for:
Learning our company policies and procedures.
Serving callers over the phone, by providing product and service information.
Multitasking on calls while assisting our cardholders and/or clients.
Upholding our quality assurance standards on every call.
Applying their critical thinking and intercommunication skills for any task at hand.
Understanding our client’s needs and different processes for every company.
To have a positive impact with our employees, clients and cardholders.
Resolving product and service problems.
Also being able to understand our client's needs and different processes for every company.
Computer literacy highly preferred.
Must have your own transportation to and from work and valid DL.
Must be flexible with working weekends and overtime if needed.
Shifts: We are open 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can accommodate any schedule for the right candidate.
