The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.
Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) serves consumer and small business customers through various channels that include digital (online, mobile, and social) and contact centers (phone, email, and correspondence). We provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts how, where, and when they wish.
The Customer Success Specialist is an essential role within the Credit Card contact center and may be a good fit for you if you would enjoy:
Training: You will receive in-depth classroom training, continued on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures and services. Training class starts on April 27, 2020 for 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 8 training.
Schedule: Our Contact Center is open: Sunday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. PST. Schedules vary based on business need and include working at least one weekend day and scheduled holidays to support the business needs.
