WHAT YOU WILL DO
The IT Contact Center Specialist works closely with Client Contact Center team and IT staff to:
· Analyze & optimize contact center applications performance,
· Make technical recommendations and drive solutions to technical problems,
· Coordinates and supports all voice components including telephony contact center applications, and
· Process change requests and implement according to schedule using IT’s project management methodology.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
· Avaya telephony support experience that includes:
· Verint desktop analytics support experience.
· Experience with Avaya Communications Manager (CM) 6.2 or newer.
· Experience with Avaya Elite Multichannel (EMC) 6.3/CCE or associate degree in information technology or a related field with
