Position Title: Deposit Imaging & Review Specialist
Reports To: Manager of Deposit Imaging & Review
Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt
Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing back-office support to new account reps and retail staff on account setup and maintenance features and functions.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Review new and revised deposit accounts to ensure that account styling, structure, and ownership are in accordance with Kansas law and meets IRS guidelines, as assigned.
Review maintenance reports from core system, BPM and Director to ensure that data entry and input is accurate, viewable, and accessible per processes and procedures.
Perform system maintenance and data entry ensuring the utmost integrity of the systems.
Ensure image import processes are appropriate to ensure quality of images.
Prepare, mail, and administer the overdraft letters and program.
Perform other duties as may be required or assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required. Some college level or military equivalent preferred. Experience working in banking and retail customer service preferred. Understands Federal, State and Union State banking rules and regulations. Bank related courses strongly recommended.
Specific Skills Required: Ability to communicate, written and verbal, effectively with people both internally and externally. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft products. Able to handle confidential information and positively represent the company.

System Accesses: Fiserv Precision, Business Process Manager, Director, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
Equipment Used: Office equipment which includes computer, imaging scanner, multi-line phone system, multi-function unit, etc.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment. Prolonged (90%) sitting and periodic (less than 10% of the time) physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry or push heavy objects or materials weighing up to 50 pounds; Constant and repetitive use of arms and hands below shoulder level for computer usage; This position required the individual to perform normal office activities including, but not limited to, lifting, filing, and retrieving, operating office equipment, etc. Travel between locations may be required.
