The Investment business aims to create sustainable competitive advantage for clients in their investment portfolios. This is delivered to clients by providing expert advice on their investments and decision-making processes, making investment decisions on their behalf through delegated investment services and providing investment tools. The Role

You will be part of a collaborative team, working alongside some of the industry’s top consultants. You will work on a wide variety of projects working for sophisticated clients, including many household names.

The investment business offers a range of career paths to suit individual skills and interests. This role is within the Client Consulting Team. You will support client teams that manage client relationships, offering best-in-class investment advice and innovative solutions. We work mainly with corporate retirement plans and our clients include defined benefits pension plans and defined contribution plans (401(k), 403B(b), etc.). Some of the client projects you will complete may include investment strategy, liability hedging, governance checklists, performance calculations, manager searches and selection, manager monitoring, etc. Our ultimate mission is to create better outcomes for plan beneficiaries.

We support graduates to develop a broad range of technical and soft skills. This breadth of knowledge across the investment spectrum will allow you to identify which topics you find most interesting and explore them further.

About you.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0 shown on resume (no major/minor specification)
• Proactive team player
• Project management skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• A desire and curiosity to learn
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation computer software, for example Microsoft Office or similar
• The career path for this role is an investment client consultant, client-facing, presenting investment ideas and solutions directly to clients (with the support and resources of WTW’s team of experts)
• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
• Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between May 2023 through August 2024

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation: The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68,000 - $70,000.This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
