    Job Description

    The Consumer Lending Fulfillment Specialist position is responsible for printing and mailing or emailing Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Disclosures, processing Loan Deferments, processing Subordination Agreements, working the Indirect outstanding title report, sorting mail, and any other administrative duties as assigned by a Consumer Lending Manager or Director.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Consumer Lending Support: Printing and mailing or emailing of disclosures. Processing Subordination Agreements. Processing Deferment requests. Indirect Title Report. Document Scanning. Sorting mail. Order, maintain and distribute supplies for all Lending Center functions.
    • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

    • MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

      • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent

      MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

      • 1+ years' experience in financial services. required

      Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of "Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years' of accounting experience? could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master's Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience TECHNICAL OR SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

      • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
