This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Candidate must be seated in CA, within 30 miles of Tasman, CA.

As an intern In Enterprise Loan Operations, you will be a member of the Planning & Support Team with a focus on data and analytics. Planning & Support assists the Loan Operations teams, ensuring that projects, data, and documentation are in line with overall integration and enterprise goals.
Ideally, a candidate will have an understanding of capacity planning models, metrics, reporting and workflow tool implementation. You will be working with large datasets and analize information to identify trends, patterns and anomalies. Attention to detail is key.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
Accountabilities can and may include areas such as research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, as well as technology enhancements and support.
Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.
Be assigned a project, designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem that you will present at the close of the internship
Prepare a wrap-up presentation to be shared with the division leader and other key stakeholders in the company to outline your accomplishments and experience during the internship
Internship dates: 5/28/2025 - 8/01/2025
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program)
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program
Preferred qualifications:
3.0 minimum GPA
Strong desire to learn and grow
Possess a positive attitude, naturally curious and enjoys collaborating with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Able to work independently
Strong ability visualize data effectively and communication via presentation
Project Management experience
Experience with ashboard development
The base pay for this position is generally between $22.44 and $34.32/hr. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
