As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to risk monitoring and reviews for the organization, coordinate risk mitigation activities, and provide risk mitigation assistance to other groups.

• Monitor and identify risks to a group or the organization.
• Coordinate risk activities across groups.
• Analyze risks and collaborate with team to develop solutions.
• Partner with teams and business groups on risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement plans or decisions to avoid risks or mitigate their impact.

Required Experiences

• 2 years

Desired Experiences

• 5 years or more of mortgage underwriting experience.
  • With a focus on GSE underwriting.
• Knowledge of DU process.
• Ability to multi-task: Speaking and typing at same time.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc. Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Risk Assessment and Management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. Experience using Salesforce CRM
