    Job Description

    As a valued colleague on our team, the Travel and Expense reimbursement specialist will be responsible for reviewing expense reports, processing and reconciling travel advances, training and assisting new employees with the online expense reporting system, generating reports, and providing other accounting support as needed.

    The Travel and Expense Reimbursement Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside your peers and supporting employees across Fannie Mae with their travel and corporate card inquiries.

    • Perform general Employee Expense Reimbursement policy control.
    • Expense report Oversight audits and Conduct dispute/error resolution in support of a high-volume Concur expense team.
    • Assist with open office hours, engage with employees, and offer hands on resolution to expense related questions.

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    • 2 years of expense reimbursement processing with a high-volume organization
    • 2 years of experience with an automated expense reimbursement system, like Concur.
