The primary clients are insurance carriers offering variable annuities and variable universal life products. Additional clients are broker/dealer financial advisors who utilize these types of products within their clients portfolios. The Skills You Bring Strong presentation and public speaking skills Advanced one on one selling skills Superb interpersonal and relationship management skills You must be a team player Must live in or relocate to sales territory Field sales and territory management experience Must have in depth knowledge of Fidelity and/or competitive products Excellent time management and organizational skills The Value You Deliver Grow sales of Fidelity VIP, Advisor and Sub-advised funds through our external Insurance client wholesalers via Variable Annuity contracts Work directly with financial advisors to grow sales across our insurance clients platforms Increase market share by delivering exceptional client added services Effectively manage territory and build strong partnerships in local markets within territory Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Variable Annuity Business and generate ideas to assist our clients in selling both product lines Maintain a consistent call rotation and territory management system within the INWS model (including expense management) Travel 80 % of time How Your Work Impact the Organization The Institutional Insurance group is part of a broader Fidelity Investments Asset Management (FIAM) Intermediary business servicing a variety of financial services firms. The group partners with the other FIAM Intermediary segments to deliver a world-class client experience to insurance carrier clients and financial advisors at various broker/dealers.
