Merchant Capital Intern position is a highly entrepreneurial role, requiring extensive client development, prospecting, and consultative selling. Day to day job description includes the following.

Prospecting high net worth individuals and institutions via telephone for investment criteria with a specific focus on private/pre-public investments within the technology, biotechnology sectors. We will provide sponsorship for Series 7/Series 63 licensing.

• A general understanding of the financial markets and private/public companies.
• An unparalleled work ethic and the want to achieve an extremely high level of success relative to your peers.
• Common sense and intelligence.

Qualifications that may be helpful but are NOT mandatory.

• A series 7 license-not mandatory
• Cold calling experience
• Sales experience
• Bilingual, fluid in additional languages beyond English.
• An interest or background in biotechnology/healthcare/medical sciences.
• An existing network of individuals or institutions who are interested in alternative investments.
