Candidate must have completed 3rd year of law school. Job duties include, but are not limited to drafting complaints, petitions, motions and extensive discovery practice under the direction of an attorney and any other duties the manager may require. Candidate must be able to write clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with NY law a plus as is any experience. Writing sample required.
