Candidate must have completed law school, passed the NYS Bar Exam, and be awaiting admission to the NYS Bar. Job duties include, but are not limited to: drafting motions, reviewing arb packets, attending arb hearings, and conducting legal research under the direction of an attorney, plus any other duties the managing attorney may require. Candidate must be able to write clearly and persuasively. Familiarity with NY law a plus as is any experience. Writing sample required. Upon admission to the NYS Bar, candidate may be permitted to apply for an attorney position, within the NY PIP or Subrogation office, assuming such position is available. Qualifications: Filing - Lifting - PC experience - Phone Experience - Public Contact - Standing - Word Processing Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
