The Campus Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing GLGs U.S. campus recruiting strategy and maintaining various external relationships to engage top entry-level talent. The campus recruiter works closely with Austin leadership and supports all aspects of the recruiting life cycle. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Liaising with the Global Head of Campus Recruiting and business leaders to execute GLGs overall U.S. campus recruiting strategy

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with university contacts and external vendors * Crafting well-attended campus events through successful relationship-building, marketing, and logistical planning and execution * Representing GLG through travel to campus recruiting events in- and out-of-state * Ensuring positive candidate experiences by tracking and supporting each candidates progress through GLGs high-volume recruiting process * Reflecting GLGs commitment to diversity and inclusion through all sourcing and recruiting efforts * Screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, including reviewing resumes, phone interviewing, interview coordination, and frequent communication with candidates * Utilizing GLGs Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update candidate profiles and progress, schedule interviews, message candidates, and track sourcing and funnel data Required Skills: * A bachelors degree * At least 1 year of experience in an HR, talent acquisition, customer service, or administrative role * Exceptional customer service and administrative skills * Outstanding people and customer service skills, strong administrative and organizational skills * Ability to adapt in a growing and changing company environment * Ability to manage a fast paced, high-volume recruiting cycle * A desire to further develop recruiting capabilities About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group GLG is the worlds leading platform for on-demand professional learning.
