Overview

During our two-day program, we will give you a taste of life in a dynamic and diverse global bank, showing you what it is like to work in the exciting business areas throughout HSBC.

What you can expect?

This program will help you decide which business area interests you and what area you might like to pursue in the future. You can build your understanding of the different areas of our business, receive behavioral skills training, participate in case study sessions, attend networking events, and see what our experts do daily. You will also have the opportunity to network with senior leaders and peers who are in place to support your learning experience.

What will you do?

During this program, you can discover where your skills and passions fit best by immersing yourself in hands-on tasks, interactive learning sessions, skills workshops, and engaging business panels. You will hear senior leaders and professionals provide insight into how we work in each area of the bank, from the importance of teamwork and communication skills needed to build client relationships to the in-depth understanding of analysis and modeling required to interpret market data for our clients.

No matter what you are currently studying, our Spring Insight Program is developed to help inform your future career choices. The experience will allow you to learn not only about HSBC but also about yourself.

You are a current Freshman or Sophomore expecting to graduate with an undergraduate degree in or before June 2025 or June 2026. Currently hold a 3.2 cumulative GPA. You will not require visa sponsorship for employment in the US now or in the future including OPT and F-1 visa. Be fluent in English and be legally permitted to work in the US.
