Mechanical Engineering Technician needs 2 to 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Mechanical Engineering Technician requires:
Certifications in PLC programming, robotics, electrical systems, or related areas are preferred but not required.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Skills in robotics handling and PLC Troubleshooting.
Software Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis and proficient in PC hardware management and familiar with various Windows operating systems, XP,7,10, Server 2013.
Ability to handle tools and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work. 8
Schematic Literacy: Ability to interpret and work with or without electrical and mechanical schematics.
Mechanical Engineering Technician duties:
Maintain and troubleshoot various sensors and amplifiers.
Labeling Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain NOVEXX and Zebra labelers.
Perform PC hardware replacements and ability to manage systems running Windows XP, 7, 10, and Server 2013. 16.
Operate iFix and Wonderware HMI systems.
Competence in handling tools and conducting physical maintenance tasks.
Maintain air dryers, compressors, and packing systems.
Troubleshoot, replace, and understand specifications of motors and servomotors.
