functions Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining eligibility of
employees and dependents, processing new groups and monthly premium
billings and payments. Also provides support and assists Account
Management Support and Account Managers with projects and activities by
performing general clerical and administrative duties by using computer
hardware and software to review documents, input data and generate
reports. Essential Functions: * Examines enrollment forms and interprets
plan document to determine eligibility * Processes new groups for Admin;
preparing folder, folder sheet, excel spreadsheet for distribution *
Sets-up first billing and scanning new group information into Docushare
- Updates adds, changes, and terminations of employees on GBAS system *
Posts payments to accounts by bill group and scans billings and payments
to Docushare * Provides accounting with breakdown on billing to
distribute revenues received * Provides PBM with adds, changes, and
terminations * Receives and checks PBM cards and mail with cover letter
to groups * Runs various reports as needed and requested by supervision
- Reviews initial eligibility of new groups once loaded in GBAS and
checks for accuracy * Monitors web adds, terminations and changes *
Updates eligibility on Conexis system * Provides backup support for
Account Representatives as needed * Performs other duties as assigned *
Qualifications: * High School Graduate- Associate or Bachelors Degree a
plus * 1 year experience working in an Insurance or TPA company *
Experience in the Administrative Department of Insurance Company a plus
This position will work in our Dallas Corporate Office. Our office is
Business Dress and the hours would be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer a
