The Human Resources Professional Services (HRPS) Americas Program Associate is an entry level position for recent college graduates. The HRPS Rotational Program is a full-time two-year program providing an opportunity to learn HR fundamentals inclusive of generalist and employee relations work, as well as case management, operations and controls, and accommodations/leaves of absences within a multi-functional team supporting a global financial firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with a team of seasoned HR Professionals in providing support to various Citi businesses
Assist with the execution of core and adhoc HR projects and/or key initiatives
Deliver services with process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Build strong partnerships to foster trust and accountability with all stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work collaboratively in a constantly changing environment
High level of attention to detail
Creative thinking capability with ability to offer solutions to complex problems
Comfort with ambiguity
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to data analytics
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, and macros
Ability to work effectively in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is critical
Strong presentation skills
Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication
Self-starter
Ability to embrace developmental feedback
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese), a plus/encouraged
