Your primary duties as a Senior Member Service Representative are to help branch management lead the day-to-day operations within a branch environment. In addition to leading teams and coaching branch staff, you will help in the handling of difficult situations with the utmost professionalism and tact. You will also be responsible for deepening credit union relationships through expanded services and service channels, opening accounts for both new and existing Members, and helping Members with their borrowing needs.
