    We are seeking an exceptional Client Services professional to lead publications planning and execution to support exciting new therapies in ProEd’s Publications Center of Excellence. This position title will be Account Manager, Client Services reporting into the Group Account Director, Client Services. This role has the flexibility to work from any of our offices with potential to work remotely. Willingness to travel is a requirement.

    WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED

    ProEd is based in Beachwood (near Cleveland, OH) with offices in New York City, NY and Iselin, NJ. Position location is optional in any of our offices with potential for a partial work from home arrangement. Willingness to travel is a requirement.

     

     THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    • A bachelor’s degree; master’s degree in a related field encouraged
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience within healthcare communications firm or related organizational experience
    • Proven organizational skills, prioritization, and multi-tasking
    • Highly motivated and proactive with a self-starter attitude
    • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, client-service environment
    • Accountable and responsive to direction
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint)
    • Understanding of the scientific communications & publications field, strongly preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
