Travel: 20% - 2 days in our 1200 Binz Street Suite 1490 Houston Office, as well as Travel onsite to Care Centers
As a key member of the Talent team, the Healthcare Recruiter, (Talent Acquisition Specialist) is responsible for full life-cycle care center recruitment. This individual operates independently in kicking off searches, building proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Primary Job Duties:
Partner with hiring managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategies for all openings in their aligned care centers
Successfully manage the full lifecycle of a search from sourcing, setting up interviews, to offer negotiation/close
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to: internet searches, social and professional networking groups, and referrals
Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to create and revise job descriptions
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of job markets in each geographic area of recruitment
Develop awareness of what market compensation rates are for each role in each market, using market analysis tools such as Payfactors
Independently, using consultative skills, advise hiring managers on the profiles of candidates, the approach required to engage the candidate, and the partnership needed to land the candidate for the position
Achieve Talent Acquisition key performance indicators
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a high volume recruiting environment preferably in healthcare settings filling front office and back office positions
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking system) to manage candidates like SmartRecruiters
Consultative skills to manage hiring teams and process
Strong research/sourcing skills
Familiarity with recruiting trends and transformations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with a consultative approach
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%.The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
