    JOB PURPOSE

    As a Campus Recruiter you will be responsible for the full candidate life-cycle, and an integral part of promoting engagement and efficiency in the recruiting process. You will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse intern, analyst and associate talent. In this role you will be key liaison with leaders from our lines of business (Corporate Finance, Financial Restructuring, and Financial Valuation & Advisory), helping to drive their strategic talent goals.

     

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implementation of the campus recruiting strategy and processes including marketing, events, interviews, and summer programs.
    • Ensure candidate engagement and pipelines for summer and full-time hiring efforts.
    • Facilitate a fair and consistent assessment approach led by data-driven decision making.
    • Deliver a 'best in class' summer internship program and analyst and associate onboarding in partnership with the firm learning and development team.
    • Maintain exceptional judgment and demonstrate respect for confidentiality.
    • Partner with management teams and key stakeholders on hiring forecasts and targets and diversity initiatives.
    • Travel as required

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • A minimum of 2 years full-cycle University recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the financial or professional services sectors. O_pen to exceptional candidates from a variety of professional experiences._
    • Commitment to building diverse teams.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Eagerness to learn the organization and capability needs within a complex business.
    • Creative and strategic mind-set with ability to drive projects and initiatives forward.

    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and successfully manage change and process improvement using metrics, data, and resourcing analysis.
