Human Resources Coordinator
• Full Time/Non-Exempt: $25.81-28.67/hour (annualized $53,688-59,653). Position eligible for additional incentives including Bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, beautiful offices, growth opportunity and more!!
• Hours: 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00-4:00, Pacific Time

National Funding is continuing to grow and has a great opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator. National Funding has been established for over 25 years and we are one of the country's largest private providers of small business loans. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR department and plays a key role in coordinating HR activities. This role involves assisting various HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Maintain digital copies of employee's records
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and conducting new hire orientation
• Assist in organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities and events
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Act as back up to front desk administrative assistants; covers lunches and manages front desk
• Other duties as assigned

An Ideal Candidate Looks Like This:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field highly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator or related administrative functions
• Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
• Effective administration and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets established deadlines
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools; Paycom HRIS experience a plus
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

• Working in a temperature-controlled office environment
• Sitting at a desk for long periods of time while viewing multiple computer screen monitors
• Potential lifting of boxes around 5-10lbs
