The Human Resources Rotation Program (HRRP) is designed to cultivate strategic and proactive HR leaders. As an HRRP associate, you’ll launch your career with a group of peers from diverse backgrounds in our 2.5 year development program. Training will be built into your experience, with topics ranging from emotional intelligence to data visualization. You will be mentored by your peers and teammates, and a dedicated senior leader will guide your professional development along the way.
In addition, you will have the freedom to explore different areas and get exposure to the business through three hand-picked rotations with high-performing teams. Associates generally experience: one rotation in Talent Acquisition; one rotation in People Analytics or Compensation; and one rotation in an HR business partner role, a specialist role, or on a key strategic project.
