    The Human Resources Rotation Program (HRRP) is designed to cultivate strategic and proactive HR leaders. As an HRRP associate, you’ll launch your career with a group of peers from diverse backgrounds in our 2.5 year development program. Training will be built into your experience, with topics ranging from emotional intelligence to data visualization. You will be mentored by your peers and teammates, and a dedicated senior leader will guide your professional development along the way.

    In addition, you will have the freedom to explore different areas and get exposure to the business through three hand-picked rotations with high-performing teams. Associates generally experience: one rotation in Talent Acquisition; one rotation in People Analytics or Compensation; and one rotation in an HR business partner role, a specialist role, or on a key strategic project.

    Solutions our HR Rotation Program Associates have worked on include:

    • Simplifying our pay structure to incentivize customer delight over traditional metrics, such as call time
    • Creating a tech recruiting strategy & sourcing pipeline to attract top and diverse talent
    • Consulting with a business leader to run HR strategy for their team – including culture/engagement, learning, hiring, organization design, and compensation
    • Modernizing our associate survey and feedback loop to enable shorter and more frequent touch points focused on team and company imperatives

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Will obtain or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher between December 2016 and August 2018

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced environment
