Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established
best practices * Build lasting relationships with Humana's customers *
Educate customers about Humana's products and services over the
telephone Required Qualifications * High School Diploma * Ability to
handle a constant volume of phone inquiries in a fast paced environment
(Avg.20-25 daily) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
and strong attention to detail * Must be available to work any shift
between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday * Must be available to work
overtime and weekends during peak season (October-March) based on
business need * Ability to speak and type simultaneously while using two
or more computer programs * At least one year of customer service
experience Preferred Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous call center experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Programs * Previous experience in a medical office/facility * Background
