Required Skills What youll be doing: The KDM Coordinator will provide a critical communication link between various studio partners, third party clients, content vendors, theatrical exhibitors, and internal departments ensuring product quality and timely delivery of KDMs to the global IMAX digital network. Reviews KDM orders, establishes priorities based on business rules, and fulfills the orders. Reschedules processes as required when deadlines or work details are updated by clients. Monitors progress of work to provide status updates to management, and maintains various spreadsheets and databases. Keeps clients apprised of work progress using excellent customer service skills. Compiles KDM reports concerning progress of work. Confers with team members to develop new methods to expedite production and maintain quality control. Verifies compliance with Digital Cinema Naming Convention. Provide advanced-level troubleshooting and customer support to theatre projection staff and external partners. Other duties may be assigned. What were looking for: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Entertainment Industry Distribution and/or Post Production experience strongly preferred Detail oriented, excellent record-keeping and database management skills required Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working understanding of current digital cinema production workflow and terminology is a plus Demonstrated ability to double-check own work and use good judgment Great team player with the ability to involve others in making critical decisions Proactive thinker what will be required to complete this job and deliver to the client in a timely manner? Be prepared to answer those questions before they are asked of you. Manage disparate information from a variety of sources and consolidate/conform/prioritize before acting The ability to grasp the big picture of what is required as well as the very fine details of what is needed to get there and how Excellent communicator with advanced level Excel skills A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office in a corporate environment is a plus Any additional foreign language familiarity is beneficial to interact with clients globally Required Experience Please apply online.
