The Global Digital Partnerships Enabler team manages Key Global Clients, developing the global strategy for growth of the partnership. The Digital Partnership Global Enabler Internship will for Summer ’25 will focus on a cross-functional opportunity to build out an Account Management framework to identify net new revenue for Visa.

The Digital Partnership team manages a large portfolio of Payment Processors & Program Managers who process payments with Visa. Many of these Partner’s process on multiple networks, including Visa. In effort to identify net new growth area for Visa with the Program Managers and Payment Processors the Internship will support building out a FY26 Framework for Program Manager Sales and identifying top sales opportunities.

Some job duties and projects could include:

• Support building out Program Management Framework to identify net new revenue streams for Visa Program Management Clients
• Develop Product Enablement Heat Maps to uncover strategic opportunity
• Work on a Cross-Sale partnership to help match program managers & Fintech’s to relevant FI or Merchants within the Visa Eco-System that could benefit from a embedded financial provider.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date December 2025 or later; less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $27.00 - $30.00 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
