Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Qualifications: • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • Must live in the US Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
