Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), we have aligned our cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams to help accelerate the adoption of GT Vision and as a function, become a strategic enabler for the businesses we support. As Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), we will proactively help the firm and put in place the capabilities and solutions necessary to become a leading technology company from technology controls, resiliency and security standpoint. Our goal is to make our colleagues across JPMC to easily adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently and avoid redundancies; and shift left in the business lifecycle leveraging new GT platforms and automating controls during software delivery lifecycle. Job Summary Application on-boarding team is part of Technology Controls, which is within Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). According to internal policies and regulatory requirements, the team is responsible to deliver a robust Identity and Access Management (I&AM) framework. It is to efficiently manage all entities are on-boarded to ID Cert for certification, termination and transfer by engaging application and information owners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for Application, Database and Platform on-boarding processes * Validate existing I&AM processes and conduct control checks to ensure end to end Application On-boarding data integrity * Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process * Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global team environment * Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers * Input and upload response results among various in-house tools * Perform gap analysis * Access team engagement failure monitoring and remediation * Act as the liaison between the I &AM teams, Application Developers, Database Administrators, Business Units, various technology and support teams * Partner and coordinate with Application Support teams and I&AM Controls and Governance to improve access controls * Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience in the Identity and Access Management field * 3+ years of Corporate Banking Industry or professional IT experience * Large scale Project Management experience including solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred * Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective * Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex projects * Results oriented, strong analytical, data management, problem solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent relationship building, team building and stakeholder management skills * Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client relationships * Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management across diverse cultures. * Ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably * Ability to thrive in a changing work environment, high level of energy and can work under pressure with minimal supervision. * Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans * Ability to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues * SailPoint knowledge is beneficial. Two or more of the following access control tools desired: RSAM, IDCert, ARMS, ITSM, Peregrine, Compliance Engine, Inventory Engine, ID Owner, ID Now, etc. * Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries desired * Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Visio)
