As the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with LIBERTY PACKAGING FORT WORTH/DALLAS, you will interface with customers to gather order information and specifications. 

This full-time position reports directly to the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER and is located at Liberty Packaging’s manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, Texas.

Required Skills

 IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Input customer orders into the company’s production planning system
• Monitor, track and adjust order dates based on production schedules and customer requests
• Ensure inventory levels are aligned with customers forecasted needs based on inventory volume and production schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service preferably in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization
• Ability to interpret a variety of instruction; written, oral, technical drawings
