    Job Description

    The Analyst, Learning Experience Enablement is an important role at Visa University, responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of world-class learning experiences. In this role you will bring your experience in execution and program management of learning experiences to our learners, and your demonstrated passion for excellent learner experience, to your role both virtually and in person for learners across the globe.

    The Analyst, Learning Experience Enablement will report to the Director, Learning Experience Enablement Strategy.

    Essential Functions

    _ Program Management – Coordination_

    • Plan, coordinate and execute VU Faculty and Leaders as Teachers program, including other VU learning programs
    • Support the operation of VU Faculty program by scheduling senior and functional leaders from across the company to facilitate Visa Faculty led programs
    • Assist in faculty engagement initiatives that drives usage and adoption and are built for scale to support a global organization.
    • Schedule faculty on-boarding experiences, ensuring that all instructors understand the curriculum and hone excellent facilitating skills, including Train the trainer and content upskilling sessions with program owners.
    • Monitor and report on Faculty course evaluations and certification outcomes.
    • Recommend and implement program enhancements to ensure ongoing Faculty and program improvement.
    • Manage multiple concurrent sessions, track learner progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely feedback and evaluation
    • Maintain spaces and channels to encourage and support community learning – Viva Engage / Teams channels/ sharepoint
    • Work closely with Platforms team on LMS management such as setting up programs, updating participant status, registrations and cancellations, feedback channels, pulling and interpreting data
    • Ability to use various tools and methods to collect, process, and interpret data
    • Any other duties as assigned

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Learning & Development
    • Customer obsessed, responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
    • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders, particularly senior stakeholders
    • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills and fluency in MS Office suite
    • Accuracy and attention to detail, experience double-checking and cross-checking own work
    • Possesses excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities effectively, meeting deadlines
    • Works cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks
    • Demonstrated expertise in liaising and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to ensure program success
    • Confident working in an international environment with global team members and participants
    • Proven ability to execute large-scale, global training programs using ILT, virtual ILT, e-learning applications, social media platforms, mobile technology and video
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, agile org with rapidly changing requirements and content with a learning mindset

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 92,300.00 to 130,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
