Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
Commercial Lending Services (CLS) Auto provides commercial loan servicing support for dealer clients of Wells Fargo Auto. Servicing products include floor plan, revolving, term, and real estate loans/lines. CLS provides customer service through direct interaction with internal dealer clients as well as internally working with the Commercial Auto client teams.
The Loan Servicing Specialist 3 position will be responsible for reviewing, researching, processing, and responding to basic to moderate written and phone inquiries from dealer customers, auctions, and internal partners pertaining to Commercial Auto floor plan and nonfloorplan loans and various areas within loan servicing.
Some functions include: floorplan loan review and advances, payment and invoice research, inventory takeovers and payoffs, researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions; conducting periodic audits of files; Input data and process information into multiple systems of record; may also coordinate loan disbursements in accordance with loan documentation; may perform procedures related to advances and pay downs, and processing of payment requests. Within the commercial business is responsible for payment processing, check disbursements, imaging and document management.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm with a rotation of 8:30am – 5:30pm during day light savings. Hours may change in the future due to business needs.
