Job Description
Visa Acceptance Solutions is currently recruiting a collaborative, trustworthy, high-energy, and driven Account Executive with relevant experience in payments and fraud management sales. This individual will adopt our value-driven sales approach while staying focused on building stronger relationships with our install base, driving net new business for the portfolio and working cross-functionally with our sales teams. Responsibilities include pipeline creation, moving opportunities through a sales process and the expansion of a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise Accounts. Visa Acceptance Solutions offers an environment that provides you with the tools, resources, and leadership position to manage and grow clients through a consultative approach in close collaboration with the wider Visa organization. This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3+ years of Account Management experience or SaaS based sales experience (eCommerce account management/sales is a plus).
Experience managing and expanding business in complex enterprise accounts influencing everyone from business champion to the C-level.
Record of accomplishment in exceeding a multi-million dollar annual quota.
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and solve problems.
Good time management with strong organizational skills.
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

*U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $155,700 to $225,850 per year, which includes potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
