    Job Description

    We have an opening within the Global Treasury team for a Manager to support business analysis and project management activities related to our Treasury workstation systems initiatives with FIS Quantum. This role involves working closely with various cross-divisional functions, including Controllership, Financial Systems and Strategy, Network Processing, Operations and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Project Management, as well as different Treasury functions such as Cash, Investments, Capital Markets, FX, Insurance, and Settlement.

    The successful candidate is expected to have a strong background in FIS Quantum application in Cash Management, Investment Management, Interface Management, EFT processing, G/L Management, Posting/accrual rules, etc., and will strongly advocate for project management disciplines. The candidate will manage multiple projects, perform business analysis activities, and help embed best practice frameworks into the Corporate Treasury function. Initially, the role will focus on end-to-end ownership of Treasury workstation upgrades and enhancements to optimize the utilization of various tools. This is a critical component of our Treasury Technology Architecture Program (TTAP) to modernize Visa Treasury's core technology stack.

    The position will report both to the Senior Director of Treasury Systems and Project Management Office as well as to the Senior Director of Capital Markets.

    Essential Functions:

    • Demonstrate and be recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Visa's Treasury workstation system (FIS Quantum)
    • Define and manage the Treasury systems roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and internal technology/product teams to influence the FIS product roadmap and design scalable treasury processes.
    • Define processes to monitor FIS Quantum interfaces/integrations with other systems, including ERP, internal products, vendor applications, and external sources.
    • Lead and assist in managing treasury technology projects, translating business requirements into product capabilities.
    • Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements and user stories to help drive the Treasury system.
    • Provide day-to-day project management expertise, including gathering requirements, creating detailed project plans, and driving execution in partnership with FIS. The role is the primary point of contact between the Treasury, FIS, and internal IT/Cybersecurity organizations during the entirety of projects.
    • Document test plans, test scripts, and test cases, execute the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, and validate system changes for the global Treasury systems in coordination with business process owners.
    • Provide recommendations on business process enhancements from efficiency, automation, and control perspectives.
    • Ensure compliance with Financial Internal Controls and SOX control requirements as deemed appropriate. Identify, recommend, and implement control improvements throughout treasury processes.
    • Assess the impact on the risks and controls framework related to implementing the new Treasury systems and the changes in existing systems. Provide recommendations to address those risks and implement appropriate controls within the process.
    • Communicate effectively and proactively with all levels of management and articulate ideas and recommendations

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
    • Strong Experience working with FIS Quantum

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    • Experience integrating Treasury applications with third-party tools (ERP, Bloomberg, SWIFT, Banks, Custodians, etc.)
    • Candidate for the position will have Experience managing projects using agile methodology and the demonstrated ability to successfully manage initiatives in a matrix environment with multiple technology teams, vendors, and complex sets of stakeholders from various business functions.
    • Ability to work as part of a larger team in a matrixed environment
    • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills with an ability to gain trust, secure buy-in, and influence change at all levels.
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
    • Self-motivated and able to learn new products and services effectively and demonstrate these articulately to internal and external stakeholders.

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900.00 to 153,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
