    Job Description

    The North America Product organization is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager. The NA Product Strategy & Operations team is responsible for supporting the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving its top priorities. The Manager will report to the Senior Director, NA Product Strategy & Operations and will focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics.

    Specifically, this individual will:

    • Support key NA Product OKRs and strategic initiatives and own specific projects as delegated by Head of NA Product
    • Implement and manage OKRs for NA Product, drive monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with key leaders across North America
    • Prepare executive materials (i.e., presentations, talking points, FAQs) for key forums and meetings (e.g., NAMK, VPF, ECC, client meetings)
    • Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and development of executive materials
    • Assist in the development of perspectives on a range of strategic initiatives as indicated by Head of product and contribute to the knowledge of key themes/trends
    • Manage NA Product P&L (e.g., budget process, expense management) in partnership with NA Finance
    • Build strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners, including the NA Product leadership team

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications
    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant
    experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, able to craft compelling communications in short time frames.
    • Excellent project management skills. Ability to adjust to multiple tasks / demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
    • Great problem-solver (ability to absorb a lot of information and summarize/synthesize key
    takeaways, able to quickly put down perspective and iterate, etc.), with strong analytical skills (Excel, quick back-of-envelope math, etc.)
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Comfort and poise when interfacing with senior executives
    • Curious and fast learner with a positive can-do attitude

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
