The Manager, Program Delivery & Knowledge Management is part of the global Social Impact & Sustainability team, reporting into the Director, Program Delivery & Knowledge Management. This is a dynamic cross functional role that will collaborate with internal and external partners to tell meaningful stories about the ways in which Visa, together with our partners, lives out our mission of uplifting everyone, everywhere. In addition to driving content strategy, a key aspect of this role is to manage and create new pathways for improved cross-functional knowledge sharing, particularly around regional connectivity. The ideal candidate has experience in both social impact storytelling and knowledge management, with strong creative, writing, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 5-8 years professional experience, experience in social impact, sustainability, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field a plus
• Experience working in financial inclusion, financial education, small business empowerment, or sustainability preferred
• Skilled in creative production and social impact storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling narratives
• Exceptional professional writing and visual design skills with a strong portfolio of work
• Proven track record in client and relationship management
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of information architecture and knowledge management
• A team player and collaborator, able to work well with diverse global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, ranging from junior to executive level
• Experience working on a global team with regional counterparts
• Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required; Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus
• Exceptional personal accountability and the highest of ethical standards
• Growth mindset with a commitment to curiosity and learning
Additional Information
** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500 to 191,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
