A Marketing Intern will be meeting people, creating meaningful connections, and engaging with key individuals and groups on campus such as professors, career advisors, coaches, and club leaders. In doing so, a Marketing Intern will promote Northwestern Mutual- Chicago’s mission and vision by introducing entrepreneurial minded students with a self-starter attitude to the College Financial Representative Internship Program.
Compensation for the Marketing Intern role is comprised in two ways – hourly and bonuses. We want our Marketing Intern to represent Northwestern Mutual- Chicago in the highest regard. For them to do this, we know that education and training is necessary. Therefore, we offer an hourly compensation to ensure our Marketing Interns are knowledgeable about Northwestern Mutual and the CFR internship, as well as excited to represent the company on their campus. The majority of time and energy should be spent on campus. Bonuses will be paid out for hitting specific goals set forth by the team.
Hourly Compensation (Paid bi-weekly):
$17/hour, not to exceed 10 hours per week (in-office hours not to exceed 3 hours/week)
Bonuses (Paid monthly):
BONUS: $100/5 offers
BONUS: $100 If the Marketing Intern finds their replacement at the end of the role
